The History of the Property located at 115 N Beech Street

Errin Walker • July 31, 2018

When we completed the remodel of joining the two offices facing North Street, we saved the bricks that were removed from the wall.  They were from the 1930’s era according to our brick mason.  At that time the property was owned by the Carpenters.  There was a warehouse that burned down and a house was built.  The following information was provided by the Montezuma County Historical Society as they understand the history.  We found it interesting that the flume that provided the town water went right through this block.  Many thanks for providing us with this information. Our building is located in Block 19. A piece of paper with a lot of text on it. A piece of paper with a lot of text on it. A piece of paper with a lot of text on it. A piece of paper with a lot of writing on it. A book is open to a page with a picture on it. A black and white photo of a city with a mountain in the background.
